PVA水溶液浓度对PTFE纤维膜形貌与性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用静电纺丝法,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为溶质,制备PTFE超疏水纳米纤维膜。通过扫描电镜和光学水接触角测量仪分析不同PVA水溶液浓度下的纤维膜表面形貌及疏水性能。结果表明,纺丝液具有良好的纺丝性能;当PVA水溶液浓度为10%时,电纺法制备的PTFE纤维膜形貌良好,且水接触角高达160°,具有优异的超疏水性能。 Using PVA as binder and PTFE as solute,super hydrophobic PTFE nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning method.The surface morphology and hydrophobic properties of the fiber membranes under different concentrations of PVA solution were analyzed via scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and optical water contact angle.The results showed that the spinning solution exhibited good spinning properties.When the concentration of PVA solution was 10%,the PTFE fiber membranes prepared by electrospinning method had a good morphology water contact Angle was up to 160°,and presented excellent superhydrophobic properties.
