摘要
通过化学还原法合成纳米银颗粒,采用超声分散法制备纳米银水性聚氨酯(SWPU-纳米Ag)。通过紫外、X射线衍射分析对银纳米颗粒进行性能表征,并将其分散至不同的分散剂中进行稳定性测试。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射,扫描电镜和热重等方法研究纳米银含量对聚氨酯乳液及其胶膜结构和性能的影响,并对胶膜进行抗菌性能测试。结果表明:当添加5%纳米银分散体时,聚氨酯胶膜失重率为50%时,胶膜的热分解温度被提高了19.9℃,加入纳米银的水性聚氨酯材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有抗菌性。
In this paper,silver nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical reduction method,then silver water-based polyurethane(SWPU-Nano Ag)was further prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method.The properties of silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV and XRD analysis,and their stabilities in different kinds of dispersants were tested.FT-IR,XRD,SEM,TG,etc.methods were used to study the influence of different contents of silver nanoparticles on the structure and properties of polyurethane emulsion and its film.Furthermore,the antibacterial performance of the film was analyzed.The results showed that,when 5%nano-silver dispersion was added and the weight loss rate of polyurethane film was 50%,the thermal decomposition temperature of polyurethane film increased by 19.9℃,moreover the waterborne polyurethane material with nano-silver possessed antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
