PPO/PA66合金变量因素对性能影响的研究

摘要 分析了马来酸酐接枝聚苯醚(MAH-g-PPO)、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(MAH-g-EPDM)、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(MAH-g-SEBS)作为PPO/尼龙66(PPO/PA66)合金相容剂的优劣,并在确定相容剂的基础上探索PPO/PA66不同树脂配比、相容剂添加量、SEBS添加量对合金性能的影响规律。结果表明:MAH-g-PPO对PPO/PA66增容效果最好;SEBS对PPO/PA66合金具有很好的增韧效果;当PPO∶PA66为50∶50时,合金的缺口冲击强度最大,PPO含量继续增大,合金将会发生相转变。通过分析合金的HDT,创建了三组方程:Y=64.8+1.5X_(1)(X_(1)为PPO添加份数)、Y=101+1.1X_(2)(X_(2)为相容剂添加份数)、Y=119-2.0X_(3)(X_(3)为SEBS添加份数),Y为PPO/PA66合金的热变形温度。 The maleic anhydride grafted PPO(MAH-g-PPO),maleic anhydride grafted EPDM(MAH-g-EPDM)and maleic anhydride grafted SEBS(MAH-g-SEBS)as PPO/PA66 alloy compatibilizers were studied.On the basis of the compatibility of MAH-g-PPO,the influence of different resin ratios of PPO/PA66,the amount of compatibilizer,and the amount of SEBS on the properties of the alloy were explored.The results showed that MAH-g-PPO had the best compatibilization effect and SEBS had a good toughening effect on PPO/PA66 alloy.When PPO∶PA66 ratio was 50∶50,the alloy had a maximum notch impact strength,and it underwent a phase transformation with the continuous increase of PPO content.By analyzing the HDT of the alloy,three sets of equations were created∶Y=64.8+1.5X_(1)(Y,the heat distortion temperature of PPO/PA66 alloy;X_(1),the amount of PPO added),Y=101+1.1X_(2)(X_(2),the amount of compatibilizer added),and Y=119-2.0X_(3)(X_(3),the amount of SEBS added).
