摘要
以Triton X-100作为表面活性剂制备了玫瑰花状三维分级微/纳米结构氧化锌(Rose-ZnO),通过X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和高性能比表面积及微孔分析仪对样品的形貌及结构进行表征,探究温度、时间和模板剂用量对Rose-ZnO形貌的影响,并以盐酸四环素(TC)为目标降解产物考察其光催化性能。结果表明,以质量分数2.4%的Triton X-100为模板剂,在140℃、8h的水热条件和450℃的煅烧条件下,能够得到形貌较好、纯度较高的Rose-ZnO,经过500W氙灯全谱光照80min后,30mg Rose-ZnO对质量浓度50mg/L的TC溶液降解效率达到97%。
The rose-like 3D hierarchical micro/nano-structured ZnO(Rose-ZnO)was prepared using Triton X-100 as surfactant.The morphology and structure of the sample were characterized and analyzed by XRD,TG,SEM and BET.The effects of temperature,time and the amount of template on the morphology of Rose-ZnO were investigated,and used tetracycline hydrochloride(TC)as the degradation target product to investigate its photocatalytic performance.The results showed that Rose-ZnO with good morphology and high purity could be obtained by using 2.4wt.%Triton X-100 as template at 140℃,8h hydrothermal condition and 450℃calcination condition.The degradation rate of 50mg/L TC solution can reach 97%when the concentration was 30mg.
