配额制背景下基于区块链的可再生能源电力追踪方法 被引量:6

摘要 分布式可再生能源电力的快速发展,为建设高效清洁的智能配电网提供了思路,但分布式资源广域分散等特点给并网消纳带来了一些问题。区块链具有去中心化、防信息篡改能力强的优点,可以为数量庞大的分布式可再生能源并网消纳提供技术支持。为此,基于比例分配原则提出了可再生能源电力追踪模型,从能源消费角度确定配额责任主体的可再生能源实际消纳量。同时,基于以太坊搭建了可再生能源电力追踪模拟平台,设计了涵盖可再生能源申报、消费、追踪、消纳考核的智能合约,实现可再生能源全生命周期的可追踪性。算例结果表明,在配电网范围内进行配额义务考核时,文中模型可以有效促进配额责任主体对可再生能源进行消纳。 The rapid development of distributed renewable energy power provides the ideas for building an efficient and clean smart distribution network.However,the characteristics of distributed resources such as wide-area dispersion have brought some problems to the grid-connected accommodation.The blockchain has the advantages of decentralization and strong information tamper-proof ability,and can provide the technical support for the grid-connected accommodation of a large number of distributed renewable energy.To this end,based on the principle of proportional allocation,a renewable energy power tracking model is proposed to determine the actual accommodation of renewable energy by quota responsibility subjects from the perspective of energy consumption.Meanwhile,a renewable energy power tracking simulation platform based on Ethereum is built,and a smart contract covering renewable energy declaration,consumption,tracking,and accommodation assessment is designed to realize the traceability of the entire life cycle of renewable energy.The calculation results of the case show that the model in this paper can effectively promote the accommodation of renewable energy by quota responsibility subjects when the renewable portfolio standard is carried out in the distribution network.
