基于水性修补漆调漆设备的设计

Design of Paint Mixing Equipment Based on Waterborne Refinish

摘要 针对汽车后市场涂装修复产业中配方经验化、漆料损耗大、有害物排放差等问题,设计一款能够实现颜色调配准确、漆料成本可控和环保的设备。详细介绍了该设备的工艺、参数和系统控制。实践表明,该设备基本能够实现修补漆调配功能,对减少有机挥发物接触,提高汽车涂装修复效率具有重要的现实意义。 Aiming at the problems of experienced formula, large paint loss and poor emission of hazardous substances in the coating repair industry in the automotive aftermarket, an equipment which can realize accurate color allocation, controllable paint cost and environmental protection is designed. The process, parameters and system control of the equipment are introduced in detail. The practice shows that the equipment can basically realize the mixing function of repair paint, which has great practical significance inreducing the contact of organic volatiles and improving the efficiency of automobile coating and decoration.
