便携式供水管道漏水检测仪的设计

摘要 为提高供水管道漏水检测效率,研制了一款便携式漏水检测仪。在分析漏水检测原理的基础上,采用主从结构。压电传感器检出漏水信号并送至主机,经数字信号处理器处理获取漏水信息。同时无线通信模块向从机发送漏点位置信息。测试结果表明,该检测仪的误差精度和准确度都达到设计要求。 To improve the water leakage detection efficiency of water supply pipeline, a portable water leakage detector is developed. Based on the analysis of the principle of water leakage detection, the master-slave structure is adopted. The water leakage signal is detected by piezoelectric sensor, which is sent to the host machine and processed by DSP to obtain the water leakage information. At the same time, the leakage position information is sent to the slave machine through the wireless communication module. The test results show that the error precision and accuracy of the detector meet the design requirements.
