国家语言能力框架下专业外语教育核心素养培养路径研究 被引量:1

The Training Path of Key Competencies in Professional Foreign Language Education from the Perspective of National Language Capacity

摘要 从执行主体、概念内涵等角度出发,虽不同的研究者对国家语言能力的内涵阐释不尽相同,但个体语言能力的高低关系着国家语言能力的强弱。个体语言能力既包括母语能力,也包括外语能力。专业外语教育在提高个体语言能力中的外语能力方面发挥着至关重要的作用。本文将专业外语教育中的关键能力定义为核心素养,通过分析OECD(Key Competencies)、美国(21^(st) Century Skills)及日本(21世紀型能力)等所采用的核心素养概念,在对比分析其核心素养培养模式的基础上,尝试探索国家语言能力框架下我国专业外语教育核心素养的培养路径。 Although different researchers have different definitions of national language capacity from the perspective of executors and components, the level of individual language ability is related to the strength of national language capacity. Individual language ability includes both native language ability and foreign language ability. Professional foreign language education plays a vital role in improving the foreign language ability of individuals. This paper attempts to define the core literacy in professional foreign language education as the key competencies, through analyzing the concept of key competencies used by international organizations and countries such as OECD(Key Competencies), the United States(21^(st) Century Skills) and Japan(21^(st) Century Competencies) in trai-ning talents. Based on introducing their training model of key competencies, this paper attempts to cultivate the key competencies of professional foreign language education in China in the framework of national language capacity.
