摘要 以某成品油管道两轮内检测数据为研究对象,构思了数据对齐和比对的思路和流程,建立了数据对齐算法模型,开发了数据对齐软件,结合人工复核与修正的方式,实现了数据的快速准确对齐。基于对齐结果的综合分析,对多轮内检测数据进行融合管理,不仅能够全面掌握管道基础信息的更新,还可以预测缺陷的发展趋势,进而明确影响管道安全运行的主要因素。 Taking two rounds of inspection data of a product oil pipeline as the research object, the idea and process of data alignment and comparison were conceived, the data alignment algorithm model was established, and the data alignment software was developed. Combined with manual review and correction, fast and accurate alignment for the data was hence realized. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the alignment results, the fusion management of multiple rounds of inspection data can not only fully grasp the update of the basic information of the pipeline, but also forecast the development trend of defects, and it can then clarify the main factors affecting the safe operation of the pipeline.
