摘要
试验旨在研究不同剂量抗菌肽-寡糖-有机酸复合物对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取1日龄科宝肉仔鸡390只,随机分为5组,每组设6个重复,每个重复13只鸡。对照组(Ⅰ组)为基础日粮,抗生素组(Ⅱ组)在基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg恩拉霉素,其余试验组(Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组)分别在基础日粮中添加200、400和600 mg/kg抗菌肽-寡糖-有机酸复合制剂。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组肉鸡平均日增重分别增加4.57%、3.40%和5.40%(P<0.05),末重分别增加4.47%、3.31%和4.60%(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅴ组肉鸡料重比分别降低3.03%和3.64%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组鸡肉的蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著增加(P<0.05);各组肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组肉鸡经济效益均高于对照组,且利润相对值较对照组分别提高14.13%、4.62%、10.91%、8.99%。研究表明,在基础日粮中添加适量抗菌肽-寡糖-有机酸复合物可提高科宝肉鸡生长性能,改善肉品质和血清抗氧化指标,增加经济效益,抗菌肽-寡糖-有机酸复合物的适宜添加量为400 mg/kg。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different doses of antimicrobial peptide-oligosaccharideorganic acid complex on growth performance,meat quality and serum antioxidant indexes of broilers.A total of 390 oneday-old Kebao broilers were randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates in each group and 13 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in control group(groupⅠ)were fed with basal diet,broilers in antibiotic group(groupⅡ)were fed with basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg lanamycin,and the broilers in other experimental groups(groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤ)were fed with basal diet supplemented with 200,400 and 600 mg/kg antimicrobial peptidoseoligosaccharide-organic acid compound preparations,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain of broilers in groupⅡ,groupⅣand groupⅤwas significantly increased by 4.57%,3.40%and 5.40%(P<0.05),and the final body weight was significantly increased by 4.47%,3.31%and 4.60%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed to gain ratio of broilers in groupⅡand groupⅤwas significantly decreased by 3.03%and 3.64%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the cooking loss in groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum T-AOC of broilers in groupⅡ,groupⅣand groupⅤwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum MDA content of broilers in all groups had a decreasing trend,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The economic benefit profit of broilers in groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwas higher than that in control group,and the relative value of profit was increased by 14.13%,4.62%,10.91%and 8.99%compared with control group,respectively.The study indicates that the supplementation of antimicrobial peptide-oligosaccharide and organic acid complexes in basal diet can improve the growth performance,meat quality and serum antioxidant indexes of Kebao broilers,increase economic benefits.The optimum amount of antimicrobial peptide-oligosaccharide-organic acid complex is 400 mg/kg.
