摘要
试验考察一株贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对霉菌的抑制作用,通过小鼠试验考察贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的安全性。采用牛津杯方法考察贝莱斯芽孢杆菌发酵液对多种霉菌的抑制作用,经急性经口毒性试验灌胃菌体发酵液确定贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的应用安全。结果显示:贝莱斯芽孢杆菌菌液对三线镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌、鲜绿青霉、雪腐镰刀菌和黑霉等10株霉菌致病菌均具有中敏抑制作用。小鼠急性安全试验结果显示,试验组小鼠外观、症状、死亡情况、脏器指数、脏器组织切片、血液指标检测结果与对照组相比均无显著差异。研究表明,试验贝莱斯芽孢杆菌具有安全性,可用于饲料生产中,抑制霉菌的滋生。
The inhibitory effect of a strain of Bacillus velezensis on mold was investigated,and the safety of Bacillus velezensis was investigated by mice test.The Oxford Cup method was used to investigate the inhibition effect of Bacillus velezensis fermentation broth on a variety of molds.The safety of Bacillus velezensis was determined by acute transoral toxicity test.The results showed that Bacillus velezensis liquid had moderate inhibitory effect on ten strains of mycobacteria,such as Fusarium tropicum,Fusarium globules,Fusarium graminae,Penicillium lucidum,Fusarium snow and black mold.The results of the mice acute safety test showed that there was no significant difference in the appearance,symptoms,death,organ index,organ tissue sections and blood index detection of mice in experimental group compared with control group.The study indicates that the experimental Bacillus velezensis is safe and can be used in feed production to inhibit the breeding of mold.
