摘要
研究旨在评价三江源东部不同地区天然牧草品质。选择三江源东部不同地区青草期天然牧草为研究对象,分析产草量、常规营养成分及模拟瘤胃发酵特性,并进行灰色关联度综合分析。结果显示:三江源东部不同地区天然牧草鲜草产量基本一致,但果洛州玛沁县干草产量显著低于其他地区(P<0.05)。黄南州泽库县天然牧草总能值、有机物、中性洗涤纤维及粗蛋白含量均最高,其中中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白含量均显著高于其他地区(P<0.05)。在模拟瘤胃体外发酵过程中,黄南州泽库县天然牧草72 h产气量及理论最大产气量均显著高于其他地区(P<0.05),72 h体外发酵干物质消化率显著高于海南州同德县(P<0.05),而迟滞时间和甲烷产量显著低于其他地区(P<0.05)。研究表明,综合产量、常规养分及体外发酵参数进行综合分析,黄南州泽库县天然牧草综合性能最佳。
The study was to evaluate the quality of natural herbage in different areas of eastern Sanjiangyuan. In the study,grass yield, conventional nutrients and simulated rumen fermentation characteristics of the natural herbage in green grass period in different areas were analyzed, and the gray correlation degree comprehensive analysis was conducted. The results showed that the fresh grass yield of natural herbage in different areas had little difference, but the dry grass yield in Maqin County of Golog Prefecture was significantly lower than that in other areas(P<0.05). The gross energy, organic matter,neutral detergent fiber and crude protein content of natural herbage in Zeku County of Huangnan Prefecture were the highest, and the neutral detergent fiber and crude protein were significantly higher than those in other areas(P<0.05). In the process of fermentation in vitro simulated rumen, the 72 h gas production and theoretical maximum gas production of natural herbage in Zeku County of Huangnan Prefecture were significantly higher than those in other regions(P<0.05), and the dry matter digestibility after fermentation in vitro for 72 h was significantly higher than that in Tongde County of Hainan Prefecture(P<0.05), but lag time and methane production were significantly lower than those in other regions(P<0.05). The study indicates that the comprehensive performance of natural herbage in Zeku County of Huangnan Prefecture is the best by comprehensive analysis of yield, conventional nutrients and in vitro fermentation parameters.
