摘要
为了探究金针菇菌株传代培养过程中保持菌种稳定性的方法,以11个白色金针菇菌株为研究对象,通过采用木屑培养基复壮的方式,比较其菌丝生长速度、子实体农艺性状和品质。结果显示:木屑培养基复壮处理能够提高大多数菌株的菌丝生长速度和单瓶产量,同时改善子实体菌盖大小、干爽度、根部紧实度、切面白度和菌柄硬度等品质;其中个别菌株的菌丝生长速度和农艺性状在处理前后无显著差异。
In order to explore the method of maintaining the stability of the Flammulina velutipes strain, 11 F. velutipes strains were selected as subjects. The rejuvenation effects of spawn subculture with sawdust medium on the stability of F. velutipes strain were studied from the aspects of mycelium growth, fruiting body agronomic characters and quality.The results showed that the treatment with sawdust medium can improve mycelial growth rate and single-bottle yield,while improving mushroom cap size, dryness, root firmness, cut whiteness, stalk hardness and other qualities. The mycelial growth rate and agronomic traits of the individual species did not change significantly before and after treatment.
