露地覆膜和培养料配方对大球盖菇农艺性状的影响

Effects of film mulching and substrate formula on agronomic characters of Stropharia rugosoannulata

为提高大球盖菇栽培效果,通过比较现蕾时间、出菇期、单位面积子实体产量、单菇重等农艺性状,研究培养料配方、地膜覆盖对大球盖菇生长和产量的影响。结果表明,覆盖地膜能使大球盖菇提早出菇,出菇期延长,子实体总个数减少,平均单菇重增加;而产量则因培养料配方不同表现出较大差异,稻草加谷壳配方在覆盖地膜后产量显著提高,达到3.16 kg/m~2,稻草加木屑配方反以不覆盖地膜产量的较高,为3.03 kg/m~2。

In this experiment, the number of fruiting bodies, single mushroom weight and yield in different months were measured to explore the effects of plastic film mulching on the growth and yield of Stropharia rugosannulata in different substrate formulas. The results prove that the film mulch makes Stropharia rugosoannulata early fruiting,prolong the cultivation cycle, reduce the number of fruiting bodies, increase average single mushroom weight, but the yield is affected by substrate formula. The mulching film yield of straw and rice husk formula was significantly higher,reaching 3.16 kg/m~2, while the yield of straw and wood chips formula without mulching film was higher, reaching 3.03kg/m~2.
