摘要
对湖南省2个姬松茸主栽菌株进行室内筐式栽培试验,以普通床式栽培为对照,比较生物转化率及营养成分含量。结果表明:同一姬松茸菌株筐式栽培的生物转化率显著高于普通床式栽培,产量较高的菌株4#,筐式栽培生物转化率达到40.41%;子实体的水分、灰分、粗纤维和粗脂肪含量,两个菌株间均无显著差异,但粗蛋白和粗多糖含量菌株4#显著高于菌株1#;营养成分及功能成分含量不同栽培方式之间无显著差异。综合得出,采用姬松茸菌株4#予以室内筐式栽培适合在当地推广应用。
Two strains of Agaricus blazei were tested by indoor-basket cultivation, ordinary bed culture was used as the control, and bioconversion rate and nutrient content were compared. The results showed that the biological conversion rate of basket cultivation of the same strain was significantly higher than that of bed cultivation, the biological conversion rate of the Agaricus blazei strain4# of basket cultivation was the highest, up to 40.41%. There were no significant differences in moisture, ash, crude fiber and crude fat contents in the fruiterbodies between two strains, but the crude protein and polysaccharide contents of the Agaricus blazei strain 4# were significantly higher than those of the Agaricus blazei strain 1#, while there was no significant difference in the contents of nutrient and functional components among different cultivation methods. To sum up, the Agaricus blazei strain 4# was adopted for indoor basket cultivation, which was suitable for local promotion and production.
