摘要
目的分析噪声作业工人听力损失的影响因素。方法收集和整理杭州市某区2017年在岗噪声作业工人职业健康检查结果,使用SPSS 22.0软件对不同性别、年龄、工龄、企业规模、行业类别、地区分布等噪声作业工人的双耳高频平均听阈结果进行统计分析。结果检出双耳高频平均听阈异常者1101人,检出率为11.13%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、工龄、企业规模和行业分布是噪声作业工人的双耳高频平均听阈异常的影响因素,其中性别(OR=0.38)、中型和小型企业(OR=0.472、0.63)、行业类别(OR=0.385)是有益因素,年龄大(≥51岁,OR=4.93)和工龄(4~9 a,OR=1.222)是不利因素。结论杭州市某区的噪声作业工人的健康状况不容乐观,性别、企业规模、行业类别对噪声作业人员是有益因素,年龄和工龄对噪声作业人员是不利因素。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hearing of noise exposed workers.Methods The results of occupational health examination of noise exposed workers in a district of Hangzhou in 2017 were collected.The results of high-frequency average binaural hearing threshold of the noise exposed workers with different gender,age,length of service,enterprise size,industry category and regional distribution were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results 1101 people with abnormal high-frequency average threshold were detected,the detection rate was 11.13%.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,length of service,enterprise size and industry category were the influencing factors of the abnormal high-frequency average hearing threshold of the noise exposed workers,among which gender(OR=0.38),medium and small enterprises(OR=0.472,0.63),industry category(OR=0.385)were beneficial factors,while age(≥51 years,OR=4.93)and length of service(4-9 years,OR=1.222)were adverse factors.Conclusion The health status of noise exposed workers in a district of Hangzhou is not optimistic.Gender,enterprise size and industry category are beneficial factors for noise exposed workers,while age and length of service are unfavorable factors for noise exposed workers.
