噪声性听力损失的病理机制和治疗研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress on the pathogenesis and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss

摘要 噪声性听力损失(Noise-Induce Hearing Loss,NIHL)是长期暴露于噪声环境中所导致的渐进性听力损伤。目前世界上约4.66亿人口患有听力损失,占世界总人口数的6.1%,我国听力残疾占总残疾人数的24.16%[1-2]。近年来听力损失呈现年轻化趋势[3]。除噪声会导致听力损失外,服用耳毒性药物、头部损伤和衰老等因素也会造成听力损失,形成重叠效应,成为研究NIHL中的混杂因素。
