摘要
以抗性淀粉作用于糖尿病的机制为核心,概述了RS对Ⅰ型糖尿病、Ⅱ型糖尿病及其胰岛β细胞在分子程度代谢的作用途径,总结了RS在不同DM中发挥生理功能的主要方式,同时对RS可能的潜在价值和作用通路进行展望。
Based on resistant starch on the mechanism of diabetes as the core,Outlines the RS for type 1 diabetes mellitus,type 2 diabetes mellitus and islet beta cells at the molecular level of metabolic pathways,summarizes the RS in different DM is the main physiological function,the potential value and function of RS may pathway was discussed,so as to provide reference for further research.
