Intervention Study of Strengths-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Resilience in Adolescent with Depression

目的:探讨优势认知行为治疗(SBCBT)干预模型对青少年抑郁患者心理弹性的干预效果。方法:本研究为随机对照临床试验。将89例青少年抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(44例)与对照组(45例)。对照组为单纯药物治疗,研究组在药物治疗基础上接受8次SBCBT干预。在治疗前后,采用青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对两组患者进行评估。结果:经过6周治疗,研究组RSCA总分显著高于治疗前(P<0.001),HAMD、HAMA评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.001);对照组RSCA总分与治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05),HAMD评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.001)、HAMA评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组RSCA总分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),HAMD、HAMA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。RSCA总分差值与HAMD差值、HAMA差值均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:SBCBT能够提升青少年抑郁症患者的心理弹性,而心理弹性的提升可能是负性情绪得到进一步改善的原因。

Objective:To explore the effect of strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy(SBCBT)model on resilience in adolescent with depression.Methods:A total of 89 adolescents with depressive disorder were randomly divided into research group(n=44)and control group(n=45).The control group was given drug therapy alone,and the research group additionally received 8 times of strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy intervention.The treatment period was 6weeks.Before and after the intervention,all participants participated in the assessments of the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale-17(HAMD-17).Results:After 6weeks of treatment,the RSCA score of the research group was significantly higher than that of pre-intervention;the HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those of pre-intervention.The RSCA score of post-intervention in the control group was not significant with that of pre-intervention;but the HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly decreased.After treatment,the RSCA score of the research group was significantly higher than that of control group;The HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion:It suggests that SBCBT could improve the resilience of adolescent patients with depression,which may be the cause of further negative mood improvement.
