Development of the Supervisory Working Alliance Questionnaire-Supervisee Version

目的:编制适合我国受督导者的督导工作联盟问卷,分析其信度和效度。方法:在文献分析、开放式问卷调查、深度访谈和专家评价的基础上发展问卷的理论结构,对307名受督导者进行测量,经过项目分析和因素分析确定最终问卷。选取督导满意度问卷(SSQ)作为效标效度工具。结果:探索性因素分析显示目标任务一致、情感联结和投入3个因子累计方差贡献率为60.171%;验证性因素分析显示模型拟合度良好;问卷总体的内部一致性信度为0.863,各维度的内部一致性信度为0.713~0.776;2周后的重测信度为0.881;问卷与SSQ存在高度相关(r=0.701)。结论:督导工作联盟问卷(受督导者版)具有较好的信度和效度,可作为评估督导工作联盟的测量工具。

Objective:To develop the Supervisory Working Alliance Questionnaire-Supervisee Version among Chinese supervisees,and analyze its reliability and validity.Methods:The theoretical structure of the questionnaire was developed on the basis of literature analysis,open questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and expert evaluation.307 supervisees were tested for the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Supervisory Satisfaction Questionnaire was chosen as the criterion-related indicator.Results:EFA indicated that 60.171%of the total variance was explained by the 3 factors,namely,goal-task,bond,and engagement.The result of CFA showed a good fit between the structure and data.The overall internal consistency of the questionnaire was 0.863,and the Cronbachαcoefficients for the three dimensions ranged from 0.713 to 0.776.The test-retest reliability of the overall questionnaire was0.881.The criterion validity indicated that the total questionnaire had a strong correlation with the Supervisory Satisfaction Questionnaire(r=0.701).Conclusion:The Supervisory Working Alliance Questionnaire-Supervisee Version(SWAQ-SE)has high reliability and validity.It’s a valid measure of the supervisory working alliance.
