个体督导效果问卷的初步探索

A Preliminary Exploration of Individual Supervision Outcome Questionnaire

摘要 目的:基于受督导者视角,探索其感知到的个体督导效果的结构并编制问卷。方法:通过文献分析和深度访谈形成问卷的理论构想,对155名受督导者进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,对255名受督导者进行问卷信效度检验。结果:理论构想包括咨询师胜任力提升、咨询效果改变、咨询师专业自我成长,最终问卷由专业自我成长和专业合作成长组成。问卷及各维度的内部一致性信度、重测信度系数分别为0.778~0.858、0.624~0.860。问卷总分与维度相关系数为0.843~0.915,维度间呈0.555的中等相关。双因子探索性结构方程模型结果显示模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=2.374,SRMR=0.040,CFI=0.932,RMSEA=0.073,TLI=0.901)。结论:理论构想未被完全支持,个体督导效果问卷虽无法评估个体督导的整体效果,但可用于初步评估受督导者在督导中感知到的专业成长。 Objective:Based on the supervisees’perspectives,to explore the structure of the individual supervision outcome and develop questionnaire.Methods:The theoretical structure of the questionnaire was developed on the basis of the literature analysis and the in-depth interview.155 participants were conducted the test for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis and 255 participants for reliability and validity analysis.Results:The theoretical structure included the improvement of counselors’competence,the change of counseling outcome,and the growth of counselors’professional self.The final questionnaire consisted of the professional self-growth and the professional cooperation growth.The internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability were 0.778~0.858 and 0.624~0.860.The correlations between dimensions and the total score were 0.843~0.915,with a 0.555 moderate correlation between the two dimensions.The result of bifactor-ESEM indicated that the model fitts well(χ^(2)/df=2.374,SRMR=0.040,CFI=0.932,RMSEA=0.073,TLI=0.901).Conclusion:The theoretical conception was not fully supported.Although the Individual Supervision Outcome Questionnaire failed to evaluate the overall individual supervision outcome,it can be used to preliminarily evaluate the professional growth perceived by the supervisees in supervision.
