高校危机干预督导中受督导者对督导师的期待 被引量:1

Supervisee’s Expectations of Supervisors in Crisis Intervention Supervision in Universities

摘要 目的:探索高校危机干预督导中受督导者对督导师的期待。方法:招募有高校危机干预被督导经历的高校心理咨询师16名,组成2个焦点小组开展访谈,使用主题分析法对逐字转录材料进行分析。结果:受督导者对高校危机干预督导师的期待分为四个部分:督导师个人特征、督导师的督导任务、督导方式以及督导师对待受督导者的方式。其中,对督导师个人特征期待包括期待督导师具有高校危机干预知识经验、稳定有力量而温暖抱持的特质、管理者角色和生命至上的生命态度;对督导师的督导任务期待包括帮助咨询师明确角色、精准评估、利用系统工作和教授危机干预策略四个方面;督导方式期待包括可执行的、启发式的、有情境性的督导方式;督导师对待受督导者的方式的期待包括平等尊重和关注认可。结论:高校危机干预督导中受督导者对督导师的期待,凸显了危机干预特点及高校组织背景的特殊性,督导师须给予高度重视。 Objective:To explore the supervisee’s expectations of supervisors in crisis intervention supervision in universities.Methods:16 counselors with experience of crisis intervention supervision in universities were publicly recruited to form two focus groups.Qualitative research method was performed and subject analysis method was used to analyze the interview data obtained by word-for-word transcription.Results:The expectations of supervisee on crisis intervention supervisors in universities were divided into four parts:personal characteristics of supervisors,supervision tasks of supervisors,supervision methods of supervisors and expectations of supervisors on the way of supervisee.The expectations of supervisors’personal characteristics included supervisors’knowledge and experience of crisis intervention in universities,their stable and warm characteristics,their role as managers and their attitude toward life first.The expectation of the supervision tasks of supervisors included four parts:helping the supervisee to define the role,accurate evaluation,using the system work and teaching the crisis intervention strategy.The expectation of supervision methods of supervisors included executable,heuristic and situational supervision methods.The expectations of supervisors in the way they treat their supervisee included equal respect,attention and recognition.Conclusion:In the supervision of crisis intervention in universities,supervisees’expectations of supervisors highlight the characteristics of crisis intervention and the particularity of the organizational background of universities,which should be paid great attention to by supervisors.
