摘要
文章基于二氧化硫(SO_(2))资源化制焦钠(又称焦亚硫酸钠)技术在山东临沂临港某钢铁企业的应用,以该项目的富气参数、产品品质要求和尾气排放要求为条件,完成了项目的工艺参数确定、工艺流程优化和主要设备选型。工程应用结果表明,产出的焦亚硫酸钠品质稳定在96%以上,产品品质优,销售价值可观;尾气SO_(2)排放浓度小于35.0mg/Nm^(3)、粉尘排放浓度小于10.0mg/Nm^(3),流程设计和设备选型合理,达到预期效果,具有较大的推广应用价值。
Based on the application of SO_(2) resource recycling technology for sodium pyrosulfite production in an iron and steel enterprise in Lingang,Linyi,Shandong Province,this paper completed the determination of process parameters,the optimization of technological process and the type selection of main equipment of the project according to the rich gas parameters,product quality requirements and exhaust gas emission requirements of the project.The engineering application results showed that the quality of sodium pyrosulfite produced was stable at above 96%,with excellent product quality and considerable sales value;the exhaust SO_(2) emission concentration was less than 35.0mg/Nm^(3),and the dust emission concentration was less than 10.0mg/Nm^(3);the process design and the type selection of equipment were reasonable,and the expected effects were achieved.The technology has great promotion and application value.
