Exploration of the Development of Digital Tools for Community Planning and Design

随着数字化时代的到来,数据赋能对于推进城乡治理体系建设、提升社区治理能力现代化水平至关重要。本文针对现场踏勘、公众参与和指标体检等社区治理的3类典型场景,分析了规划设计传统手段的问题与挑战,提出适应各类场景的数字化工具形态及应用案例,实现辅助高效采集整合场地信息,广泛汇集挖掘真实民意,精准科学诊断社区问题,进而推动社区治理工作的信息化、智慧化。

With the coming of the digital age, data empowerment is of vital importance in promoting the construction of urban and rural governance systems and improving the modernisation of community governance capacity. This paper analyses the problems and challenges of traditional means in urban design and planning focusing on three scenarios of community governance including on-site surveys, public participation and indicator evaluation. This paper puts forward digital tools adapted to various scenarios and the application cases, which play an important role in effectively collecting site survey information, gathering real public opinion through public participation, and accurately and scientifically diagnosing community problems. Consequently, it helps to promote the informatization and intelligence of community governance.
