摘要
目的通过对我国儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)发表的文献进行数据可视化分析,探讨儿科住培的发展趋势及研究前沿。方法通过以“儿科”和“住院医师规范化培训”为主题词检索2001年1月至2021年9月期间收录于中国知网数据库的文献,并采用CiteSpace软件对年度发文、作者、机构、期刊以及关键词进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入216篇文献。年度发文量呈逐年上升的趋势,近4年年度发文量稳定在30篇以上。共现图谱显示,研究机构和作者主要集中在各大医学院校附属医院,尤其以儿童专科医院为主,研究者间缺乏交流合作。关键词的共现图谱显示,除去“住院医师规范化培训”“住院医师”“儿科住院医师”等与检索主题词相关的关键词后,频数排在前3位的关键词有“形成性评价”“MiniCEX”“PBL”,中心性排在前3位的关键词有“培养模式”“PBL”“形成性评价”;关键词突变词图谱显示,出现强度前3位突变词为“PBL”“规培医师”和“胜任力”。结论我国儿科住培教育研究工作任重而道远,以岗位胜任力为导向,采用以住院医师为主体的PBL、CBL等教学方法,借助形成性评价的考核工具的规范化培训体系是目前研究热点。
Objective Through data visualization analysis of literature published in standardized training for pediatric residents in China,the development trend and research frontier of standardized training for pediatric residents were discussed.Methods The literatures included in the CNKI database from January 2001 to September 2021 were searched with the headings of"pediatrics"and"standardized residency training".CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis of annual publications,authors,institutions,journals and keywords.Results A total of 216 literatures were included in this study.The annual number of published papers once had been increasing year by year,and was stable at more than 30 in recent 4 years.Co-occurrence maps of research institutions and authors showed that research institutions and authors were mainly concentrated in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities,especially children’s specialized hospitals,and there was a lack of communication and cooperation among researchers.The co-occurrence map of keywords showed that the top 3 keywords in frequency were"formative evaluation","Mini-CEX"and"PBL",excluding"standardized training for resident physicians","resident physicians"and"pediatric resident physicians",which were related to keywords.The top three keywords in centrality were"cultivation mode","PBL"and"formative evaluation".The key words mutation map showed that the top three mutation words were"PBL","Guipei doctor"and"competency".Conclusions There is a long way to go in the research of standardized training and education for pediatric residents in China.It is a hot research topic at present to adopt PBL and CBL teaching methods with residents as the main body and adopt formative evaluation assessment tools.
