摘要
目的运用德尔菲法构建我国全科医学硕士专业学位研究生(简称全科医学硕士研究生)住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)阶段科研能力评价体系。方法本研究于2021年4月,邀请浙江、北京、上海、广东、四川、海南等省市三甲医院的专家参与德尔菲专家咨询,对全科医学硕士研究生在住培阶段科研能力评价中各指标的重要性进行判断,同时收集专家对指标熟悉程度、判断依据和专家的基本情况,最终采用界值法筛选评价指标,确定全科医学专业学位研究生科研能力评价体系。结果咨询专家15名,两轮咨询专家问卷回收率即积极系数分别为93.3%和100%,专家权威程度均为0.82,专家协调系数为0.36和0.21(P<0.01)。最终构建了包含3个一级指标、12个二级指标和37个三级指标组成的全科医学硕士研究生科研能力评价体系。结论专家的积极程度和权威程度较高,专家意见协调性较好,结果可信。构建了一套较为完整可信的全科医学硕士研究生科研能力评价体系。
Objective To construct the evaluation system of scientific research ability of postgraduates majoring in general practice using delphi method in China.Methods In April 2021,experts were invited from tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Sichuan and Hainan to build consensus for the importance of each items.We also collected the experts’familiarity with the items,the judgment references and the basic information of the experts.Finally,the boundary-based method was used to screen the evaluation indicators and determine the evaluation system for scientific research ability of postgraduates in general practice.Excel 2016and R 4.1.2 software were used for data entry and statistical analysis.Results There were 15 experts involved,and the rates of two-round responsive questionnaires were 93.3%and 100%,respectively.The Cr was 0.82 and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.36 and 0.21(P<0.001).Finally,the evaluation system was established including 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators.Conclusion Experts have high coordination and credibility.A relatively credible evaluation system has been constructed for the evaluation of postgraduates’scientific research ability in general practice.
