康复医学科住院医师在儿童康复亚专科培训中的实践

Application of rehabitation medicine residents in subspecialty training of pediatric rehabitation

我国儿童康复医学专业人才匮乏,通过康复医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中儿童康复亚专业轮转培训,使康复医学科住院医师掌握儿童康复的理论知识、临床技能,具备独立开展儿童康复临床工作的能力,同时有良好的职业道德素养及科研能力,满足儿童康复专业人才需求。目前各康复医学科专业基地儿童康复基础不同,培养方式、探索成熟度不同,使得康复医学科住院医师的儿童康复诊疗能力参差不齐。结合西方成熟儿童康复培训模式,以及上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院长期的实践与探索,从培养目标、培养模式与方法、过程管理、培训方法、考核评价、人文素养等,探索符合实际、以全面提升核心胜任力为导向的儿童康复医学专业人才培训模式,从而提升康复住院医师的儿童康复能力,为康复医学科住培中儿童康复培训工作提供借鉴。

There is a shortage of pediatric rehabilitation medicine professionals in China.Through the pediatric rehabilitation training in the standardized training of rehabilitation residents,the rehabilitation residents can master the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of pediatric rehabilitation,have the ability to carry out the clinical work of pediatric rehabilitation independently,and have good professional ethics and scientific research ability.At present,the standardized training bases for rehabilitation residents have different pediatric rehabilitation foundation,different training methods and exploration maturity,which makes the pediatric rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment ability of rehabilitation residents uneven.Combined with the western mature pediatric rehabilitation training mode and the long-term practice and exploration of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University,we explored a practical training mode for pediatric rehabilitation medicine professionals guided by comprehensively improving their core competencies from the aspects of training objectives,training modes and methods,process management,training methods,assessment and evaluation,humanistic quality,etc,so as to improve the pediatric rehabilitation ability of rehabilitation residents and provide reference for pediatric rehabilitation training in the standardized training of rehabilitation residents.
