摘要
目的 研究精准教学在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法 选取在专业基地参加超声医学科住培的住院医师为对象。2018年1月—2020年12月的30名设为观察组,2015年1月—2017年12月的30名设为对照组。观察组采取精准教学,对照组采取常规教学。观察两组住院医师的各项考核成绩。结果 观察组的理论考核,亚专科(81.73±6.26)分,大出科(75.13±3.61)分,年度模拟(79.35±2.77)分,国考模拟(86.71±9.42)分,国考成绩(100.35±8.19)分;技能考核,专业技能(97.32±4.37)分,诊断报告(80.57±2.62)分,临床思维(76.57±2.38)分;独立上机考核,腹部(101.42±3.19)分,心脏(93.19±2.49)分,妇产(99.45±4.04)分,浅表器官(100.52±4.22)分,周围血管(98.48±3.77)分;模拟结业考核,病史采集(93.13±1.84)分,体格检查(93.44±1.29)分,心肺复苏(95.81±3.69)分,气管插管(94.16±2.82)分;观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声医学科住培应用精准教学能够有效提高住院医师的理论和技能水平,增强独立上机及实践操作能力。
Objective To study the application effect of precision teaching design in the standardized training of residents in the department of ultrasound medicine.Methods Residents who participated in the standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents in the residential training base were selected as the subjects.30residents from January 2018 to December 2020 were set as the observation group,and 30 residents from January2015to December 2017 were set as the control group.The observation group applied precision teaching design in the standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents.The control group used routine teaching methods in the standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents.The scores of the two groups of residents were observed,the data were statistically analyzed and the differences were discussed.Results The theoretical assessments of the observation group were(81.73±6.26)points for subspecialty,(75.13±3.61)points for major graduation,(79.35±2.77)points for annual simulation,(86.71±9.42)points for national mock examination,and(100.35±8.19)points for national examination.The skill assessments were(97.32±4.37)points for professional skills,(80.57±2.62)points for diagnostic reports and(76.57±2.38)points for clinical thinking.The scores of independent computer operation were(101.42±3.19)for abdomen,(93.19±2.49)for heart,(99.45±4.04)for maternity,(100.52±4.22)for superficial organs and(98.48±3.77)for peripheral blood vessels.The simulated graduation examination included(93.13±1.84)points for medical history collection,(93.44±1.29)points for physical examination,(95.81±3.69)points for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and(94.16±2.82)points for endotracheal intubation.Compared with the control group,the differences were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision teaching design in the standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents can effectively improve the theoretical skill level of residents,and enhance their independent computer and practical operation ability.
