眼科住院医师规范化培训的探索及实践

Exploration and practice of standardized residency training for ophthalmologists

目的探索眼科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的效果。方法苏北人民医院(简称我院)眼科专业基地自2012年开始采取多种方式结合的眼科住培及考核,包括成立住培管理小组及教学小组、建立住培制度、制定轮转计划、多种模式教学和定期考核及评价等。结果我院眼科在本院多个专业基地中表现较好,专业基地教学相关人员多次获得住培教学表彰和奖励,教学相长,指导医师也在教学过程中获得能力提升,眼科住院医师住培结业考核一次性通过率高。多名住院医师在省级及国家级学术会议上进行精彩的演讲,发表多篇国家级以上高质量学术论文。住院医师多次获得学校及医院表彰,并获得来自所管理病人好评。住院医师及用人单位对该眼科专业基地评价好。结论我院眼科专业基地通过以上住培探索及改革,初步建立了特色的眼科住培模式,并取得了较好的成果。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized residency training for ophthalmologists.Methods This research mainly focused on the training and assessment of standardized training of residents in the Department of Ophthalmology of Subei People’s Hospital since 2012,which was combined with a variety of methods.These methods mainly included:establishing a resident standardized training management group and teaching group,establishing a residential training system,formulating a rotation plan,multiple modes of teaching,and regular assessment and evaluation.Results Our ophthalmology base performed well in all of the residential training bases in our hospital,and our base and its teaching staff had won teaching commendations and awards for many times.Teachers also improved their abilities in the process of teaching.The ophthalmology residents in our hospital had a high rate of passing one-time residential training.A number of trainees made excellent speeches at provincial and national academic conferences and published many academic papers above national level.Many of the trainees in our department had been awarded by schools and hospitals,and received high praise from tube bed patients.Residents and employers had a good evaluation of our base.Conclusion Through these explorations and reforms mentioned above,a standardized training model for ophthalmologists has been initially established in our base,and good results have been achieved.
