摘要
目的医教协同培养模式下,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生来源的住院医师焦虑抑郁情绪明显增加。为了缓解临床医学硕士专业学位研究生来源住院医师的焦虑抑郁情绪,探讨巴林特小组对焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法本研究随机选择临床医学硕士专业学位研究生来源的住院医师80人,随机分为观察组和对照组,在观察组中开展巴林特小组活动,对照组不进行任何干预,干预前后分别用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评估焦虑抑郁情况。结果观察组巴林特小组干预后焦虑评分明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);巴林特小组干预后抑郁评分有改善,差异无统计学意义。对照组焦虑、抑郁评分前后差异无统计学意义。干预结束后,住院医师反馈最多的是换位思考、有趣、愉快、倾听、理解,住院医师满意度评分为9.48分(满分10分),93.1%的住院医师认为有必要开展巴林特小组。结论巴林特小组活动可有效缓解临床医学硕士专业学位研究生来源住院医师的焦虑情绪,对抑郁情绪的缓解较为有限。巴林特小组活动能够让住院医师通过分享,学会换位思考和理解他人。
Objective Under the Mechanism of"Collaborative Medical Education",the incidence of anxiety and depression in resident doctors from resident doctors from clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates has increased significantly.To explore the influence of Balint group on anxiety and depression of resident doctors from clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates in order to alleviate their anxiety and depression.Methods 80 resident doctors from clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates were selected randomly and divided into experimental group and control group.Balint group were carried out in the experimental group,while no intervention was carried out in the control group.The anxiety and depression self-rating scales were used to evaluate anxiety and depression before and after the intervention.Results The anxiety of the experimental Balint group was significantly improved after intervention,which was statistically significant;depression improved after intervention,but there was no statistical significance.There was no difference between two anxiety and depression scores in the control group.After the intervention of the Balint Group,the 5 words that students reported most were empathy,fun,enjoyment,listening,and understanding.The student satisfaction score was 9.48 points(out of 10),and 93.1%of the students thought it was necessary to establish a Balint group.Conclusion The Balint group can effectively alleviate the anxiety of the resident doctors from clinical medicine professional degree postgraduates,but the relief of depression is relatively limited.The Balint group allows students to learn empathy and understand others through sharing.
