微创手术视频在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价本专业基地制作的微创手术系列视频课程在妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2021年6月海军军医大学第二附属医院妇产科专业在培的40名住院医师,A组为微视频教学组,采用手术前微视频教学+术中教学指导;B组为传统教学组,采用手术前模拟课程指导或理论授课+术中教学指导。住培结束后,采用指导医师与住院医师双向评估以及住院医师对教学视频满意度评估的方式对本次课程进行综合评价。结果指导医师评价方面,微创手术视频教学组在日常表现、理论知识和手术配合方面得分明显高于传统教学组(P<0.01);住院医师评价方面,微创手术视频教学组在技术指导和教学能力两方面得分明显高于传统教学组(P<0.01);95%的住院医师对于视频教学课程总体满意。结论微创手术视频教学极大提升了住院医师学习和指导医师授课积极性,促进了教学质量的提高,值得进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the application value of minimally invasive surgery video courses in standardized residency training of gynecology and obstetrics residents.Methods Forty resident physicians in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University were selected from January 2021 to June 2021.Group A was micro-video teaching group,which adopted pre-operative micro-video teaching and intraoperative teaching guidance.Group B was traditional teaching group,which adopted pre-operative simulation course guidance or theoretical teaching and intraoperative teaching guidance.At the end of the residency program,the course was comprehensively evaluated by the two-way evaluation of faculty and residents as well as the satisfaction evaluation of residents to the teaching video.Results In terms of teacher evaluation,the scores of daily performance,theoretical knowledge and surgical cooperation in the minimally invasive surgery video teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).In terms of student evaluation,the scores of technical guidance and teaching ability in the minimally invasive surgery video teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.01).95%of residents were generally satisfied with the video teaching course.Conclusion Video teaching of minimally invasive surgery can greatly improve the learning enthusiasm of residents and teachers,and promote the improvement of teaching quality,which is worthy of further promotion.
