高效液相色谱法分析过氧化新癸酸异丙苯酯中过氧化氢异丙苯含量

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定过氧化新癸酸异丙苯酯(CNP)引发剂中氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)含量。此检测方法以甲醇为溶剂,所得标准曲线R^(2)=0.9994,具有较高线性关系;同一样品测试的RSD为0.17%,方法精密度良好;同批样品的RSD为0.94%,准确率较高;通过已知标样标定,回收率为100.47%。采用此方法可快速、准确地测定过氧化新癸酸异丙苯酯中过氧化氢异丙苯残留量。 A HPLC method for the determination of cumene hydroperoxide(CHP)in cumyl peroxyneodecanoate(CNP)initiator was established.In this method,methanol was used as solvent;the obtained calibration curve was highly linear(R^(2)=0.9994);the RSD of the samesamplewas 0.17%,indicating good precision of the method;the RSD of the same batch of samples was 0.94%,indicating highaccuracy;through theknown sample calibration,the recovery ratewas 100.47%.This method could quickly and accurately determine the residual cumene hydroperoxide in cumyl peroxyneodecanoate.
