摘要
[目的]评价5%香芹酚水剂对柑橘木虱成虫的室内生物活性和田间防效。[方法]采用浸叶法进行室内生物活性测定及喷雾法开展田间防治效果的研究。[结果]室内生测结果表明:5%香芹酚水剂处理柑橘木虱成虫5 d后的LC50值为13.72 mg a.i./L。田间试验表明:第1次药后5~10 d,5%香芹酚水剂31.25、41.7、62.5 mg a.i./L的防效维持在73.47%~87.60%,第2次药后5~15 d,防效维持在79.08%~89.41%。[结论]5%香芹酚水剂防治木虱具有较好速效性,持效期在15 d以上,可作为防治柑橘木虱的绿色杀虫剂推广应用。
[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the indoor and field control effect of the new insecticide carvacrol 5%AS on Diaphorina citri Kuwayama.[Methods]The indoor biological activity determination of carvacrol 5%AS by microdrop method and the field control effect study by spray method were carried out.[Results]The LC50value on day 5after treatment of adult D.citri with carvacrol 5%AS indoors was 13.72 mg a.i./L.The field experiments showed that the control efficiency of carvacrol 5%AS at 31.25,41.7,62.5 mg a.i./L was 73.47%-87.60%within 5-10 d after the first treatment,and 79.08%-89.41%within 5-15 d after the second treatment.[Conclusions]Carvacrol 5%AS has good rapid activity for control of D.citri and the lasting period is more than 15 d.It can be used as a green insecticide to control D.citri.
