摘要
概述了汽车悬架弹簧专用粉末涂料体系,并通过研究不同环氧树脂、不同种类固化剂、不同填料对弹簧专用粉末涂料外观和理化性能的影响,进一步制备出满足汽车高端悬架弹簧标准要求的粉末涂料。该粉末涂料具备优异的低温碎石冲击性能、机械性能、耐化学品性能和防腐性能。
This paper summarizes the system of powder coatings for automotive suspension springs. The effects of different epoxy, curing agent and filler on the appearance and physical and chemical properties of powder coatings for suspension springs are investigated. A powder coating meeting the standardized requirements of high-end automotive suspension spring is prepared. The powder coating has excellent low-temperature stone impact properties, mechanical properties,chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.
