摘要
结合工程实际,对塔吊设置于地下室基坑周边位置的施工工艺进行了研究。综合考虑施工便道设置、车库结构施工、后期塔吊拆除便利性等各项因素,将塔吊布设于基坑外侧靠施工便道位置,既便于材料吊运,又能满足现场施工工序需求,还能避免地下室结构施工不受塔吊标准节影响,可一次性连续施工完成,在确保工期的同时,也降低了车库施工缝渗漏的风险。
Combined with the engineering practice,the construction technology of tower crane set around the basement foundation pit is studied.Considering various factors such as the setting of construction access road,garage structure construction,and the convenience of tower crane removal in the subsequent period,the tower crane is arranged outside the foundation pit next to the construction access road,which is not only convenient for material lifting,but also can meet the needs of the site construction process.This can also avoid the influence of the standard section in the tower crane on the basement structure construction,which can be completed in a continuous manner at one time,ensuring the construction period,as well as reducing the risk of garage construction joint leakage.
