超规格长方体结构高精度建造施工装备系统研究与应用

摘要 针对深水拖曳水池项目的施工难点,研制出一套超规格长方体结构高精度建造施工装备系统,由门形模架系统、模板系统、稳定滑移系统和液压动力系统组成,通过模架主体结构有限元分析,结果符合要求,可实现超大吨位模架体系的滑移。结合模架装备关键位置的现场监测,优化了混凝土浇筑方式和顺序,满足了模板接缝处平面度≤2 mm且平滑过渡的要求,提高了施工精准度,保障工程施工质量。 In view of the construction difficulties of the deep-water towing tank project,a high precision construction equipment system with super standard cuboid structure is developed,which is composed of a portal formwork system,a formwork system,a stable sliding system and a hydraulic power system.Through the finite element analysis of the main structure of the formwork,the results meet the requirements,and the sliding of the super tonnage formwork system can be achieved.Combined with the on-site monitoring of the key positions of the formwork equipment,the concrete pouring method and sequence were optimized to meet the requirements of the flatness of the formwork joints≤2 mm and smooth transition,improve the construction accuracy and ensure the construction quality of the project.
