不均匀沉降下既有建筑加固托换层施工技术要点分析 被引量:1

摘要 既有历史优秀保护建筑因建造年代久远,整体刚度相对较差,可能出现较大的不均匀沉降、倾斜甚至裂缝。为了此类保护建筑的长久使用,整体结构需进行必要的加固。结合上海市黄浦路106号(红楼)基础加固施工中托换层-上托盘梁的施工,着重对上托盘梁标高与房屋外观结合、管棚安装和土建工序的施工技术要点进行分析,以期为类似历保建筑托换施工提供参考。 Due to the long construction period and relatively poor overall stiffness,the existing excellent historical conservation buildings may have large uneven settlement,inclination and even cracks.For the long-term use of such protective buildings,the overall structure needs to be strengthened.Combined with the construction of underpinning layer-upper tray beam in the foundation reinforcement construction of No.106(Honglou),Huangpu Road,Shanghai,this paper focuses on the analysis of the construction technical points of the combination of the upper tray beam elevation and the house appearance,the installation of pipe shed,and the civil engineering process,which can provide a reference for the underpinning construction of similar historic buildings.
