结合临沂市某跨江特大桥整体顶升改造工程实例,介绍了多跨简支箱梁桥整体顶升改造设计及关键技术。详细阐述了顶升相关结构如顶升反力基础、临时支撑体系、顶升系统、托架体系、限位体系以及其他安全措施等相关设计依据及理论分析,为今后类似桥梁的整体顶升改造项目提供有益借鉴。

Combined with the example of integral jacking reconstruction of a super large bridge across the river in Linyi City,this paper introduces the design and key technologies of integral jacking reconstruction of a multi span simply supported box girder bridge.The relevant design basis and theoretical analysis of jacking related structures,such as jacking reaction foundation,temporary support system,jacking system,bracket system,movement limit system and other safety measures,are described in detail,which will provide a useful reference for the overall jacking reconstruction projects of similar bridges in the future.
