摘要
以星河雅宝高科创新园三地块施工总承包工程为案例,探究了邻近后浇带的超高层建筑地下室顶板处安装施工升降机的基础方案。提出了一种“基础梁+斜柱+拉梁”的基础方案,将施工升降机荷载直接传递至外框柱上,解决了地下室顶板结构承载力不满足安装施工升降机的问题。新方案对地下室施工影响较小,传力路径清晰,结构安全可靠,成本较低,实际实施取得了较好的效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴和指导。
Taking the general contracting project of the third plot of Xinghe Yabao Hi tech Innovation Park as an example,this paper probes into the foundation scheme for installing construction elevators at the basement roof of super high-rise buildings adjacent to the post cast strip.A foundation scheme of"foundation beam+inclined column+tie beam"is put forward,which transfers the load of construction elevator directly to the outer frame column,and solves the problem that the bearing capacity of the basement roof structure does not meet the requirements of installation of construction elevator.The new scheme has less impact on the basement construction,with clear force transmission path,safe and reliable structure and low cost.The actual implementation has achieved good results,which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
