桥梁全装配技术在市政工程中的应用研究

Research on Application of Bridge Full Fabricated Technology in Municipal Engineering

工业化生产、装配化施工技术是市政桥梁工程建设过程中的工期、环保、安全、交通组织等问题的有效解决方案。结合成都三环路蓝天立交改造工程实际,详细介绍该技术的基本情况以及桥梁立柱、盖梁、小箱梁等预制构件的生产、运输、安装情况,并对项目应用后的质量、工期、安全环保等方面的综合效益进行分析、研究,为桥梁全装配技术的推广应用提供参考。

Industrialized production and fabricated construction technology are effective solutions to the construction period,environmental protection,safety,traffic organization and other problems in the process of municipal bridge construction.Combined with the actual situation of Chengdu Third Ring Road Lantian Interchange Reconstruction Project,this paper introduces the basic situation of this technology and the production,transportation and installation of bridge columns,bent caps,small box girders and other prefabricated components in detail,and analyzes and studies the comprehensive benefits of the project in terms of quality,construction period,safety and environmental protection.This work can provide a reference for the promotion and application of bridge full fabricated technology.
