Construction Technology of Permeable Surface(Breathable)Plastic Runway

以武汉东立国际配建小学项目为例,结合渗水型面层(透气)塑胶跑道健康环保、渗水(透气)性、弹性、防滑性、耐磨性、耐候性等性能特点,从工艺原理、施工工艺流程、操作要点和施工控制等方面进行归纳总结,提高了施工效率,在降低施工成本、缩短工期的同时,保证了渗水型面层(透气)塑胶跑道的施工质量和安全,为类似塑胶跑道施工实践提供了理论依据和过程控制经验。

Taking the project of Wuhan Dongli International Primary School as an example,in combination with the performance characteristics of water permeable surface(breathable)plastic runway,such as health and environmental protection,water permeability(breathable),elasticity,skid resistance,wear resistance,weather resistance,etc.,the project is summarized from the aspects of process principle,construction process flow,operation points and construction control,which improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction cost.The construction quality and safety of plastic runway with permeable surface(breathable)are ensured while the construction period is shortened,which provides a theoretical basis and process control experience for the construction of similar plastic runway.
