结合围合式工程实例,介绍了针对围合式小区装配式施工部署的要点,分析了适合围合式布局下装配式结构施工的流水组织,总结了超多户型预制装配化的设计、生产要点,以及通过多种工艺及节点设计,增加工序的搭接可能,提升施工速率,减轻吊装、灌浆等关键工序管理负担,可为类似的围合式住宅小区的预制装配式施工提供参考。

Combined with the enclosed project example,this paper introduces the key points of the fabricated construction deployment for the enclosed residential quarter,analyzes the flow organization suitable for the fabricated structure construction under the enclosed layout,summarizes the design and production key points of the super multi family prefabricated houses,and through a variety of processes and node designs,increases the possibility of process overlap,improves the construction rate,and reduces the management burden of key processes such as hoisting and grouting,which can provide reference for prefabricated construction of similar enclosed residential quarters.
