在模板工程施工过程中,存在铁钉、销钉、销片易丢失的情况,为确保施工过程中铁钉、销钉、销片收集操作便捷、节能环保且保证收集钉子的质量,济南万达文化体育旅游城D12地块项目对拾钉器进行了研究,经过在现场实施,不断地改进优化,利用电磁感应技术,形成一种操作便捷的电磁建筑拾钉器。研究表明,电磁拾钉器在建筑施工过程中操作便捷、省时,拾钉质量得到了提高,减少了模板拆除施工过程中铁钉、销钉丢失的数量,可为同类工程提供借鉴经验。
