东莞市随迁老年人生命质量影响因素研究

Determinants of Quality of Life of Migrants Elderly in Dongguan

目的探索东莞市随迁老年人生命质量基本状况以及影响因素,为政府提高随迁老年人生命质量提供相应的参考。方法于2019年2-5月,通过PPS抽样对东莞市60岁及以上的917名老年人进行问卷调查,其中无东莞户口的随迁老年人478名。采用SF-36量表评估老年人生命质量水平,采用有序Logistic回归分析,探索影响随迁老年人生命质量的主要因素。结果在随迁老年人的生命质量水平上,躯体健康总评(Physical Component Summary,PCS)为(51.09±10.26)分、精神健康总评(Mental Component Summary,MCS)为(53.96±11.52)分,均低于当地老年人[PCS为(54.94±12.69)分、MCS为(57.89±10.53)分]。结果显示,年龄(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.36~0.79)、文化程度(OR=1.76,95%CI=1.35~2.14)、居住状态(OR=1.64,95%CI=1.05~2.66)、是否患有慢性病(OR=2.22,95%CI=1.64~2.89)对随迁老年人生命质量PCS的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文化程度(OR=1.69,95%CI=1.31~2.09)、居住状态(OR=2.06,95%CI=1.31~3.27)、是否患有慢性病(OR=1.42,95%CI=1.09~1.97)对随迁老年人生命质量MCS的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭、社区和政府都应该更多关注老年人的精神生活,积极主动为随迁老年人融入当地的社会生活提供更好的服务。

Objective To explore the basic status and influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly migrants in Dongguan,so as to provide references for improving the quality of life of the elderly migrants.Methods 478 elderly migrants who were aged>60 were sampled by PPS,and investigated with general questionnaire and SF-36 from February to May 2019.Logistic regression was used to assess the association of quality of life factors.Results The scores of quality of life of the elderly migrants in Dongguan PCS(51.09±10.26),MCS(53.96±11.52)were lower than that of the local elderly PCS(54.94±12.69),MCS(57.89±10.53).The results showed that age(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.36-0.79),education level(OR=1.76,95%CI=1.35-2.14),residence state(OR=1.64,95%CI=1.05-2.66)and chronic diseases(OR=2.22,95%CI=1.64-2.89)were the main influencing factors of PCS the quality of life of the elderly migrants.Education level(OR=1.69,95%CI=1.31-2.09),residence state(OR=2.06,95%CI=1.31-3.27)and chronic diseases(OR=1.42,95%CI=1.09-1.97)were the main influencing factors of MCS the quality of life of the elderly migrants.Conclusion Families,communities and governments should pay more attention to the mental state of the elderly,actively provide better services for the elderly to integrate into the local social life.
