苏南地区基层医务人员服务意愿及影响因素研究

Research on Service Willingness and Influencing Factors of Primary Medical Personnel in Southern Jiangsu

目的了解基层医务人员服务基层意愿与实际诉求,为推进基层医疗卫生建设及提高基层医疗服务质量提供参考依据。方法以1000名苏南地区基层医务人员为研究对象,于2020年9-11月进行问卷调查,通过χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归等分析探究苏南地区基层医务人员服务意愿及其影响因素。结果72.7%的受访人愿意留在基层服务,27.3%则不愿意留在基层服务。超过80%的受访人认为疫情防控保障不足(83.5%)、薪酬待遇有待提高(81.2%)。Logistic回归分析显示,大龄女性、第一学历较低、医患和谐、认为接受岗位培训必要性高且心理承受能力强的基层医务人员服务意愿更高(P<0.05)。结论苏南地区基层医务人员服务意愿总体良好,但存在提升空间,建议通过完善薪酬激励和培养机制,营造医患和谐氛围等措施完善基层医务人员服务体系。

Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the service willingness and actual demands of primary medical personnel,and to provide reference for promoting the construction of primary health care and improving the quality of primary medical service.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 primary medical personnel in southern Jiangsu province from September 2020 to November 2020.The service willingness of primary medical personnel in southern Jiangsu province and its influencing factors were explored by chi-square test and multiple logistics regression analysis.Results 72.7%of respondents were willing to serve at the primary health institutions,while 27.3%were not willing to.More than 80%of respondents thought the protection of epidemic prevention and control was insufficient(83.5%),and the salary and remuneration needed to be improved(81.2%).According to multiple Logistic regression analysis,elderly women,those of lower first education degree,with harmonious doctor-patient relationship,high necessity of accepting job training and strong psychological endurance of primary medical personnel were more willing to serve(P<0.05).Conclusion The service willingness of primary medical personnel in southern Jiangsu is generally good,but there is still some space for improvement.It is suggested to improve the service system of primary medical personnel by improving salary incentive and training mechanism and creating a harmonious atmosphere between doctors and patients.
