摘要
目的分析首都国际机场急救出诊患者特点。方法采用回顾性方法,对首都国际机场2021年1月—12月515例出诊患者进行分析。结果创伤患者最多,头晕和腹痛次之。出港患者数多于进港。出诊位置航站楼内最多。全年4、5月份出诊数最多,全天10-16点出诊数最多。平均到位时间为7.22 min。结论分析首都国际机场急救出诊患者的流行病学特点,有助于机场急救更好地整合和分配急救资源,为机场提供更好的医疗保障。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of out-call emergency patients in the Capital International Airport.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 515 emergency patients in Capital International Airport from January 2021 to December 2021.Results Among the patients,trauma patients were the most common,followed by dizziness and abdominal pain.The number of leaving port patients was more than entering port patients.Out-call locations were most common in the terminal building.There were more patients in April and May,and 10 to 16 o’clock in one day.The average arrival time was 7.22 minutes.Conclusion Through the analysis of airport emergency patients,it is helpful to better integrate and allocate emergency resources,and provide better medical security for the airport.
