摘要 目的目前广大官兵、医务工作者对劳力型热射病发病规律和危害程度的认识不足。热射病防治APP在信息化的时代背景下应运而生,可提供实时的视频教学、病例分享、专家咨询、线上直播等多元化的教学模式。BOPPPS是一种以师生交流的参与式学习为核心的有效课程设计模型。本研究旨在探讨热射病防治APP结合BOPPPS模式在劳力型热射病防治教学过程中的应用效果。方法对1013名官兵及基层医护人员进行完整的劳力型热射病防治教学培训,将在线教学分为导入、目标、前测、参与性学习、后测、总结6个环节,利用热射病防治APP结合BOPPPS模式进行培训,培训结束后测试评价效果。结果热射病防治APP结合BOPPPS模式有效提升了劳力型热射病防治教学效果。结论热射病防治APP结合BOPPPS模式为部队热射病教学提供了一种创新培训模式,该培训可为各单位热射病救治教学提供支撑。 Objective The majority of soldiers and medical workers currently have insufficient understanding of the pathogenesis and risk of exertional heat stroke.The Heat Stroke Prevention and Treatment APP came into being in the information age,and could provide a variety of teaching approaches such as real-time video teaching,case sharing,expert consultation,and live online teaching.BOPPPS(bridge-in,learning objective,pretest,participatory learning,post-test,and summary)is a student-centered teaching strategy focusing on the student-teacher interaction.This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Heat Stroke Prevention and Treatment APP combined with BOPPPS model in the teaching process of exertional heat stroke management.Methods A total of 1013 soldiers and medical staff received a complete course on exertional heat stroke prevention and treatment.The online teaching was divided into 6 steps:bridge-in,learning objective,pretest,participatory learning,post-test,and summary.The Heat Stroke Prevention and Treatment APP combined with BOPPPS model were used for teaching.After the training the teaching effectiveness was evaluated by post-study examination.Results The Heat stroke Prevention and Treatment APP coupled with BOPPPS model effectively improved the teaching effect of exertional heat stroke management.Conclusion The Heat Stroke Prevention and Treatment APP combined with the BOPPPS model may offer an innovative training paradigm for exertional heat stroke management in the army,and this training could provide more support for teaching in this field.
