基于“荣卫失和”论治子宫内膜异位症痛经

Treating Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea Based on Theory of Disharmony between Rong and Wei

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)导致痛经的病机十分复杂,历代医家认为其病机多与气血亏虚、肝肾亏虚、气滞血瘀等相关,而与荣卫的关系则鲜有提及,但在古今临床实践及文献检索中能够发现子宫内膜异位症痛经与荣卫的联系同样密切。武权生教授在临床实践的基础上,融贯古今,提出“荣卫失和”为EMs痛经发病的根本和关键,其中“卫虚荣不足”是发病之本、“荣卫不通”为发病之标,进而提出“调和荣卫、通经止痛”的治法,临床疗效较好,进而对中西医结合防治EMs痛经提供新的思路和方法。

The pathological mechanism of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis(EMs)is very complicated.Doctors of the past believe that its pathogenesis is mostly related to deficiency of Qi and blood,deficiency of Liver and Kidney,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,but little relationship with Rong and Wei was mentioned.In ancient and modern clinical practice and literature search,it can be found that EMs dysmenorrhea is also closely related to Rong and Wei.On the basis of clinical practice,Professor WU Quansheng put forward that disharmony between Rong and Wei is the root and key to the pathogenesis of EMs dysmenorrhea.Among them,deficiency of Rong and Wei is the root of the disease,and Rong and Wei being not connected is the manifestation of the disease.Therefore,the treatment method of harmonizing Rong and Wei,easing menstruation and relieving pain was brought forward,which has good clinical effects,and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of EMs dysmenorrhea with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
