高校太极拳课程思政元素挖掘与教育路径探究

An Exploration on Ideological and Political Elements of Taijiquan Course in Colleges and Universities and Its Educational Path

太极拳课程如今在不同的高校中属于选修课或者必修课,其具有文化载体的作用,且蕴含多种思政元素。如果教师挖掘出这些思政元素,并将其融入到太极拳课程教学中,可有效为思政教育奠定基础,培养学生的民族精神,提高太极拳课程的教学质量。基于此,本文对高校太极拳课程思政元素与教育路径进行挖掘和探究。

Taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) course is now an optional or compulsory course in different colleges and universities, which plays the role of cultural carrier and contains a variety of ideological and political elements. If teachers can dig out these ideological and political elements and integrate them into the teaching of taijiquan course, it can effectively lay a foundation for ideological and political education, cultivate students’ national spirit and improve the teaching quality. This paper explores the exploration and education path of ideological and political elements in taijiquan courses in colleges and universities.
