基于病证结合的类风湿关节炎中成药治疗思考

Considerations on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Chinese patent medicine based on the combination of disease and syndrome

中成药作为中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的重要措施具有显著的特色和优势,在我国类风湿关节炎的治疗中具有不可替代的作用。然而,中成药临床应用规范性欠佳、循证证据不足致使其在医疗指南推荐、卫生政策制定时缺乏客观评价支撑。本文基于病证结合浅谈对中成药治疗类风湿关节炎的合理选用、规范用药及开展临床研究、提升循证证据质量的思考。

Chinese patent medicine,as an important measure in traditional Chinese medicine,has significant characteristics and advantages for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.It actually plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in China.However,due to poor standardization of application and lack of evidence,objective evaluation support is limited in the medical guidelines and health policy formulation.Based on the combination of disease and syndrome,this paper discusses the rational drug selection and standardized drug use of Chinese patent medicine for rheumatoid arthritis,carries out corresponding clinical research,and improves the level of evidence-based evidence.
